HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
For all products, orders are usually processed within 1-3 days. The transportation time varies depending on the transportation method and destination. Generally speaking, orders shipped through the DHL/UPS/Fedex, it will take about 5-8 days to reach you. If by mail post, it will take about 25 to 40 days.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We strive to maintain low shipping costs, and all prices not including shipping fee. The shipping fee will be caculated according to the quantity and shipping method.  We will compare and choose the best shipping way at a reasonable price.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All orders have a 2-hour cancellation window. To cancel an order, please log in to your account using the same email you used when placing the order, go to 'My Orders and Returns', locate the order you want to cancel, and click' Cancel '. If your order has exceeded 2 hours, you will not see the option to cancel. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order 2 hours after it is placed. If your order has been processed, you will be protected by our return policy.
WHEN WILL YOU PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once we receive your return order, please allow us to process it within 10 working days. Once your refund or exchange is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you receive a refund notification, the refund will be displayed on your credit card within 24-48 hours.
